Once-off Session 

 

Do you have a single, very short term issue or challenge?

 

This includes:

​

  • a single session

  • usually 1-2 hours long

  • focused on a single, specific outcome for the session

Short to medium term 

 

Do you have a short to a medium-term goal or challenge that you would like to work with over the next 4-6 months?

 

This includes:

 

  • 8 – 10 sessions

  • 45 minute sessions

  • weekly or every 2 weeks

  • medium-term partnership​​

Longer term 

 

Do you have a longer term goal that you would like to achieve over the next 1-2 years?

 

This includes:

​

  • 20+ sessions over a period of a year or longer

  • 45 minute sessions

  • weekly or every 2 weeks, based on the goal(s) or challenge(s) and the pace of change the client requires

  • longer-term partnership​​
