I offer counselling and coaching for real life – the everyday wobbliness, the big transitions, and the quiet “is this it?” moments that most of us don’t talk about enough.

 

Think of this as a space for mental health maintenance, rather than a last‑resort crisis service. Somewhere you can regularly check in, untangle what’s going on, feel more like yourself and develop helpful responses for times when life challenges you.

My objective is to ensure that the work we do together creates a sustainable difference in your life. I individualise the work I do with you to ensure it meets your objectives and supports your specific needs. I don't use a "one size fits all" approach.

We will work with your unique life circumstances, available resources and I support you to uncover your strengths that best support the way you want to live your life, manage your challenges and create the changes you identify as necessary.

I am a volunteer counsellor at The Counselling Hub, which is an NGO providing affordable short-term mental health support.
